1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph668 ("ph668," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph668 online gaming platform at ph668.one and all associated services, products, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph668 website, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are effective as of 5 June 2026. ph668 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13 below.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with ph668, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age of 21 is mandated by PAGCOR for participation in online casino gaming in the Philippines and is a non-negotiable requirement enforced by ph668 without exception.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming activity.
• You must not be a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of ph668 or any of its affiliated game software providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion or account closure in place with ph668 or any PAGCOR-regulated platform.

ph668 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each individual may hold only one registered account with ph668. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number. You must keep this information up to date. ph668 accepts no liability for issues arising from incorrect or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ph668 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify ph668 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ph668 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

ph668 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR regulations. You agree to submit required identity documents — including a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of Philippine address — when requested. Accounts that fail or decline KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality suspended until compliance is achieved.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on the ph668 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph668 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, bank) may apply their own fees, for which ph668 bears no responsibility.

ph668 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. ph668 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal will be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified ph668 account identity.
• ph668 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding threshold amounts in compliance with AMLA obligations.
• ph668 processes approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business hours for GCash and Maya, and within 1 business day for bank transfers.
• ph668 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph668 prohibits use of third-party payment accounts and will return — and may void — any deposits identified as originating from third parties.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

ph668 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, free bingo cards, and other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

ph668 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including but not limited to multiple account registration, use of third-party accounts, coordinated group play, or systematic exploitation — will be voided. ph668 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold all balances where bonus fraud is established.

Promotional offers made to ph668 players are personal and non-transferable. They may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Game Rules, Outcomes, and Fair Play

ph668 offers live dealer games, online slots, bingo, RNG table games, and sports betting. The rules applicable to each game type are set by the relevant game provider and are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All RNG-based games on the ph668 Platform use certified random number generation software audited by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are played with physical equipment in monitored studios. ph668 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no responsibility for individual game outcomes beyond ensuring the certified fairness of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to connection failures, server errors, or display glitches — ph668 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the stake to the Player. Wins paid in error due to a software malfunction are not valid and ph668 reserves the right to reclaim such amounts from the Player's account balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

ph668 is committed to responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. ph668 provides all registered players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, available from the account dashboard at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Timers: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders showing total time played and net gaming activity during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request voluntary self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.

ph668 will not accept deposits or allow gaming from any player who has an active self-exclusion in place. The 21+ age requirement is strictly enforced; any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and any balance held pending parental or guardian notification as required by applicable law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph668 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registration or use of the Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• Registration or maintenance of multiple accounts.
• Use of software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with ph668 games or systems.
• Collusion with other players in table games, live casino, or tournaments.
• Use of exploits, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploits must be reported to ph668 support immediately.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates Philippine AMLA provisions.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks, stolen payment credentials, or misuse of third-party accounts.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ph668 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Use of VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ph668 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of promotional offers.
• Failure to pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• A court order, PAGCOR directive, or law enforcement request requiring such action.
• The account is being used for money laundering or other illegal activity.

Upon account closure for cause, ph668 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure occurs due to age ineligibility, any winnings accumulated during the period of ineligibility will be voided and the net deposit may be returned at ph668's discretion.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph668 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Active bonuses will be cancelled upon voluntary closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph668 Platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, user interface elements, and data compilations — is the property of ph668 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any Platform content without ph668's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph668 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure, including internet service providers, payment processors, or game software providers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms or applicable law.

ph668's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to ph668 in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph668's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Philippine law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

ph668 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at ph668.one/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By registering an account with ph668, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to ph668's legal obligations including AMLA record-keeping requirements.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph668 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the ph668 Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date. The current version of the Terms is always available at ph668.one/terms-conditions.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ph668 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting ph668 support, which will endeavour to address your concern within 5 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where PAGCOR regulatory jurisdiction applies.

For disputes not within PAGCOR's jurisdiction, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
